With the success of crowdfunding and streaming giant’s efforts to reduce piracy, there is a clear indication that end users are open to new and unique products. Open live actively aims to close the gap between the Artist and Music Fan by developing unique technology both physical and digital. Through it’s patented hardware and accompanying application, it allows Artists to create new revenue streams through live performances and merchandising with no capital outlay. With an IOT approach to accessing live music, the app allows users to find live events, identify artists they love and access stream and purchase their music online.

The UX and UI are designed to encourage discoverability for music lovers, creating clean funnels for streaming, saving and purchasing. The platform aims to extend access to musos’ favourite live music moments beyond bars, theatres and stadiums.

The web app seamlessly on-boards new and existing users, creating a more personalised content experience with each action. Music discoverability, streaming and purchasing journeys are made simple by low content density and clear user feedback.

A brand platform and marketplace for artists

Artist profiles facilitate simple publishing and music management for musicians. The experience inherently aims to create a deep connection and direct marketing channel between artists and music lovers that otherwise wouldn’t exist.

A recording studio build right into the cloud-based software

Artists are able to record directly into the platform using its patented Gingerbreadman software. Once recorded, tracks can be edited, categorised and published directly to the artists’ profile, ready for fans to listen to.
